We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

We will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@pinnaclehome.shop with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges
