Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
• Orders under $35: $3.99 flat rate shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages
